APPLICATIONS

Suitable for medium security residential applications, this garage door is individually made-to-measure to specific user requirements. Remote control operation with safety features meeting BS EN 13241-1, and manual override all provided as standard.

The Classic roller garage door is Secured by Design as standard for internal face fit installations. This is a Police approved initiative dedicated to designing out crime. It has been independently tested by Exova to STS202 BR1, which ensures compliance through performance testing and production under an approved quality management system. The class BR1 addresses the level of attack associated with casual or opportunist burglars.

A wide range of colours and options are available, including wood grains finishes which match standard window and door frames. Installed across openings up to 16m².

ENCLOSURE / HOUSING

Manufactured from roll-formed aluminium with a stove-enamelled finish. End caps are pressure -moulded and powder-coated aluminium alloy.

GUIDE CHANNELS / BOTTOM SLAT

Extruded aluminium with weather seal. Guide channel depth is 70mm, 90mm or 150mm.

OPERATION

Electric: Single phase tubular motor & remote control as standard. Numerous options such as group or remote control, external / internal switches available.

Note: Manual spring & lock operation is available but not common for the T77 profile since it is motor operation is more appropriate for larger openings in most cases.

The T77 can be tailored to requirements and installed as a standard security shutter. A scaled down Budget version is also available.
